We hung this over my dining room table. The design is more like a piece of art. It is definitely a more modern vibe than I usually go with, but I like it. It reminds me of a sun and a wave and is unintrusive to the windows that give a view to the ocean and provide so much natural light. This fixture is serving as an accent piece but provides a lot light.
