We havent installed this yet, but Im very pleased with the quality of this fixture. It was packaged well, and just what I expected. And it was made in the USA!

I replaced an old fashioned brass plated fixture with this light and achieved immediate stunning, modern updated feel to my dining room. The metallic lining to the black dome imbues the space with a lovely warmth. The cord is adjustable and my electrician installed the light in minutes. Extremely happy with the purchase.

This light is high quality and looks nice overall, but it only looks as gold as in the online photos when the light is on. When it's off, it looks more silvery than gold from most angles, so it doesn't match the accents in our new house as well as we hoped. It's a nice piece though and beautiful when lit.
