2) Out-of-stock products (custom products)

Regretfully, we try very hard to stock all products on the market, but certain products are currently very popular, resulting in a shortage of stock. If the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email as soon as possible with an update on availability. You may choose to continue to wait and keep your order, or you may choose to cancel your order. If you choose to hold your order, we will work with the manufacturer immediately and try to ship your order as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and patience. If you have any additional questions or needs, please feel free to contact us.

 


Order Processing Time:

Order processing time is 2-3 working days 

(We will contact you via email or phone to confirm the delivery time, usually within 5 working days)

Note:

1.Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number in 2-3 working days. You can easily monitor your package by using the tracking number on our logistics partner's website or by looking it up on our website under "Tracking My Order."

(Note: If the packages a inspected by customs, it will take 5 working days before release from customs.)


2. During public holidays, the shipment time of orders may be affected due to operational constraints of manufacturers and couriers. Although we have no control over these circumstances, we will do our best to provide improvements. Thank you for your understanding and support.

 

3.You have purchased some customized products and production time is 1-2 weeks, once the products are out of the warehouse, they will be sent via expedited express delivery.



4. The transaction of the order already includes product and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any other charges that may be imposed by customs for any international deliveries.

 

5.We apologize for the non-delivery of P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO). For U.S. Territories, please leave a note when placing your order. For example, if your address is in Guam, Puerto Rico, you can note Guam, Puerto Rico in the country/territory section.

 

I lost an item during delivery, what should I do?


In rare cases, you may not be able to locate an item from a shipping agent such as FedEx or DHL, even if their tracking information indicates that it has been delivered!

Possible causes:

1. Package delivery is delayed by 1 or 2 business days and the online tracking information shows it as delivered.

2. The package can be delivered to your neighbor, this has happened several times. Please check with your neighbor to see if they received your package.

3. If you have been waiting for 2 business days and have checked with your neighbor and still have not found the package. Contact us at support@luxehomezone.com to discuss the missing item and we will be sure to resolve any issues promptly.

 Solution for confirmed lost package:

The recipient contacts the shipping agent to let them know that you did not receive the package, ask them to start an investigation and file a lost package claim using the tracking number. After submitting the claim, please send us the claim number and we will follow up with the shipping agent to investigate the lost package. During this time, we will update the progress of the claim on a daily basis, which may take up to 15 business days. Once the shipping agent confirms that the package is indeed lost, we will resend the product or refund accordingly.

(If the customer refuses to cooperate with us to begin an investigation, the customer will be responsible for the loss.)
