We support 30 days return and exchange.

Sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We would like you to be satisfied with our service, so we allow all products (except bulbs) to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that installed products cannot be returned.
ORDERS RETURNED FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING DAMAGE: If the product is defective or damaged in any way during shipping, please contact us.
If there are any defects or damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and video to verify the problem.
After verifying that the product does have any defects or damage, You can return the lighting fixture or related products for a full refund and return shipping costs.
Return Refund Process: (Product has any defects or shipping damages if applicable)
1. We will provide you with the return address via email.
2. After receiving the return address, the customer will ship the product to the specified address.
(The shipping cost will be paid by the customer first, and we will refund the shipping cost paid by the customer in the refund).
3. We will inspect the returned product within 24 hours of receipt. Once we have inspected your order and confirmed that there is no damage or defects, we will process your order for a refund and refund the return shipping costs paid by the customer within 6 hours.
4. After we process your refund, you will receive an email notification.
Regarding the time for the customer to receive the refund: In regular cases, we will return the order the way it was sent.
Under normal circumstances, we will refund the customer's order cost in the original way, and the return shipping cost paid by the customer for this will be paid to the customer via PayPal. If the customer did not use PayPal we will pay the customer by wire transfer. Whether you paid with PayPal or a credit card, you will receive a refund within 2 to 6 business days. If you do not receive it, please contact us and we will provide you with more information about the refund .
In the case of the above situation, the customer does not need to pay any fees for the return or exchange, we will refund and cover all the costs.
Returns due to no defects and no shipping damages: (Returns or exchanges arising from the customer not liking the product or feeling that the product is different from what was expected, if applicable).
Even if the product is not defective and has not been damaged in transit, we support returns and exchanges for a period of 30 days. In the event of a return under the above circumstances, the customer will be required to pay for the shipping costs of the return to our return warehouse (the cost of shipping will be based on the real-time shipping costs of the shipping company chosen by the customer) We will also deduct the shipping costs that we paid for this order, the deduction of which will be 20% of the amount of the order.

Processing Returns
To return a product, please reply to your order confirmation email stating the product you are returning, its description and the reason for the return. Please also indicate whether you want a refund or a replacement. Please remember to send to the correct address or no refund will be issued.
Packaging
Ensure that the returned item is in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. Also seal all packaging components.
